The Dark Chocolate Ganache is perfect for filling cakes, pastries, or as a topping for cupcakes, tarts, or other sweet treats. Its velvety consistency makes it easy to work with, allowing you to create elegant and professional-looking finishes on your desserts.

For Whipping purposes:
Temper to a "pourable" consistency and transfer into a mixing bowl.
Using beater, mix on third speed for 5 minutes until a pipeable or spreadable consistency is reached.
For Dipping Purposes:

To obtain the best sheen on the finished product, heat to 35?40?C in a double-jacket saucepan, bain-marie or micro-wave.
Over-heating dulls the product finish.
