At My Dream Cake, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your baking supplies or cake decorating tools arrive damaged or incorrect, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
