Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 150°C
2. Mix: Place ingredients into a mixing bowl, Whisk for approximately 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down. Whisk on top speed for 5 minutes. Scrape down. Whisk on second speed for 3 minutes.
Alternative method (for a finer texture): place ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Increase the speed to medium ans whisk for 10 minutes.
3. Bake: When filling your cake tin, be sure to leave approx. 2-3 cm of space from the top. This allows room for the cake to rise evenly without overflowing during baking. It is recommended to line your tin with baking paper. For optimal results, cover your tin with foil with foil while baking. Baking times may vary depending on your oven. Please ensure the cake is fully baked before removing it from the oven.
