Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 150°C
2. Mix: In a mixing bowl, combine the Golden Créme Muffin Premium Mix with water and eggs. Mix on low speed for 1 minute to incorporate the ingredients. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Increase the mixer speed to high and continue mixing for 4 minutes until smooth. Scrape down the sides again. Reduce the speed to medium (second speed) and slowly add the vegetable oil while mixing. Finally, reduce the speed to low and continue mixing for 1 minute to finish.
3. Bake: When filling your cake tin, be sure to leave approx. 2-3 cm of space from the top. This allows room for the cake to rise evenly without overflowing during baking. It is recommended to line your tin with baking paper. For optimal results, cover your tin with foil with foil while baking. Baking times may vary depending on your oven. Please ensure the cake is fully baked before removing it from the oven.
