Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
2. Mix: In a mixing bowl, combine the pack mix eggs, milk beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides. Continue mixing low for 1 min.
Do not overmix.
3. Melt: Microwave butter and white chocolate together until melted in 30 sec bursts.
4. Mix: Add melted ingredients to the mixing bowl and beat on low until combined, for no longer than 2 minutes.
5. Bake: When filling your cake tin, be sure to leave approx. 2-3 cm of space from the top. This allows room for the cake to rise evenly without overflowing during baking. It is recommended to line your tin with baking paper. For optimal results, cover your tin with
foil while baking. Baking times may vary depending on your oven. Please ensure the cake is fully baked before removing it from the oven.
