The Story

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
2. Mix: Place the ingredients in a mixing bowl, whisk together at low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Whisk at top speed for 6-8 minutes. Scrape down the sides. Then whisk again at second speed for 2 minutes.
3. Bake: When filling your cake tin, be sure to leave approx. 2-3 cm of space from the top. This allows room for the cake to rise evenly without overflowing during baking. It is recommended to line your tin with baking paper. For optimal results, cover your tin with foil with foil while baking. Baking times may vary depending on your oven. Please ensure the cake is fully baked before removing it from the oven.
4. Decorate: once cooled, layer and fill with buttercream, jam, whipped cream, or ganache. Suitable for stacking, carving, and decorating.
