Usage:
1 Preheat
Preheat oven to 150°C.
2 Mix
In a mixing bowl, combine the pack mix with the water on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides. Continue mixing on high speed for 2 minute. Scrape down the sides.
3 Melt
Microwave the oil and white chocolate together in 30-second bursts until fully melted and smooth.
4 Mix
Commence blending on low speed while adding the combined vegetable oil and melted chocolate. Mix for a total of 3 minutes. (Do not over-mix)
5 Bake
When filling your cake tin, be sure to leave approx. 2-3 cm of space from the top. This allows room for the cake to rise evenly without overflowing during baking. It is recommended to line your tin with baking paper. For optimal results, cover your tin with foil while baking. Baking times may vary depending on your oven. Please ensure the cake is fully baked before removing it from the oven.
